Zoo New England is in the process of scheduling a mini concert series to be held at the zoo every 2nd Friday starting in May and going until August of 2010. These concerts will be held at either Stone Zoo or Franklin Park Zoo. We are doing some research and have a few questions for you:
What is your availability?
What is your cost – flat rate or per an hour, extra fee for travel, price difference depending on zoo?
Do you provide your own equipment or do we need to provide for you (such as stage, microphone, speakers etc.)
Could we possibly get a contract sample
Do you have a booking deadline
